Operating manual · how we work
The crew manual
How a project with us runs, written for clients. Read it before we start so nothing about the process is a surprise.
Communication
You'll have one named point of contact and a shared channel. Questions are answered in writing so there's a record. Calls are booked when a decision is easier spoken than typed.
Cadence
Work runs in short cycles. Each cycle ends with something you can click, plus a short note on what changed, what's next and anything blocking.
Decisions
You own the product decisions; we own the technical recommendations and explain the trade-offs behind them. Significant choices are written into a short decision log you can read at any time.
If a change affects cost or timing, you hear about it before the work happens, not after.
Quality
Code is reviewed by another engineer before it merges. Automated tests cover the paths your business depends on. Accessibility and performance are checked as part of the work, not bolted on at the end.
Handover
At the end of a mission you receive the code, credentials, documentation and a walkthrough. You're free to continue with us, another team, or in-house.
